Peoria Ridge Banquet Room
The Peoria Ridge Golf Course offers members and non-members the opportunity to host meetings, weddings/receptions, and banquets, ranging from intimate events to business gatherings. Our club house can comfortably host up to 125 guests.
The Banquet Room features audio/visual capabilities, an advanced sound system that can provide musical enjoyment from a variety of sources, wireless microphone capability perfect for presentations, and a patio that overlooks the 18th green with two beautiful ponds-one of which features a 50 foot fountain with eight LED lights. On-site catering is available!

Chef Chris DiFonzo
Chef DiFonzo has been employed with Buffalo Run Casino & Resort for over 15 years. Early on in his career, he attended Culinary School at Pennsylvania Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Chef worked his internship at The Peabody Hotel in Orlando Florida and had the opportunity to move to many other places throughout his career.
Chris started with Buffalo Run Casino & Resort back in 2004, long before it moved from the trailers out in the old parking lot to the building we are in today. He has seen many changes along the way from the Dog House (Hot Dog venue) to the beautifully remodeled Coal Creek restaurant. Check started his culinary career as a sous chef in hotels and nice resorts, such as The Greenbrier, in West Virginia and the famous Peabody Hotels. He accepted the job here at Buffalo Run Casino & Resort. Chef is a dedicated Team Member of 19 years and is an excellent leader of the culinary department.

David Murphy
Director of Hospitality
David Murphy grew up in Miami and graduated from Miami High School, received an Associate’s degree in Hospitality at NEO A&M, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University.
He has worked in the restaurant industry for over 35 years and has experience in a wide range of concepts including Fine Dining, Cafeteria/Buffet, and the Casual Dining market. David is thrilled to be back in his home town where he can serve his local community.
